This Leadership Symposium will bring together Asian-American executives and managers, the broader community of business leaders interested in optimizing the talents of Asian-American employees and Diversity and Human Resource executives. The sessions will highlight the opportunities and challenges facing Asian-Americans and provide a multitude of resources to maximize their leadership potential. During this full-day event, there will be keynote speakers, expert panels, research findings and networking opportunities to:

  • Discuss the lack of Asian-Americans in corporate executive positions
  • Empower corporations to increase the inclusion of Asian-Americans in their leadership pipelines
  • Inspire with stories from successful Asian-American leaders
  • Introduce resources focused on maximizing the leadership potential of Asian- Americans.

Target Attendees:

  • Corporate executives will better understand the business value of Asian-American representation
    on their leadership teams
  • Managers will receive tips and resources to effectively attract, retain, manage and coach their
    Asian-American workforce
  • Diversity and Human Resource leaders will leave with new ideas and programs to maximize the
    leadership potential of this under-represented workforce
  • Asian-American executives and managers will be inspired and informed about the ways they
    can enhance their own networks and leadership skills
