Francis Cheung, is First Vice-President for Countrywide Financial Services in Simi Valley, California. He is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of production infrastructures. Prior to joining Countrywide, he was Director, Global Technology for Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City, California. He was responsible for the technical architecture, standards and integration of information technology for SPE’s Information Systems. His other SPE responsibilities included data management, groupware, infrastructure project office, and intranet. Prior to joining SPE in 1997, he was Manager, Production Systems for Halliburton Company, the world’s leading diversified energy services, engineering, energy equipment, construction and maintenance company. He has held various management positions in information technology for several architecture, engineering and construction companies.
