Kathy is director of Organizational Readiness for the ERP program at Southern California Edison (SCE). She joined SCE almost 23 years ago. Prior to her OR role, she developed and managed the Corporate Operations Center supporting 12 different organizations. Her experience at SCE includes management positions in financial and internal audit areas. One of her major accomplishments at SCE was to establish a new function that oversees the Company’s revenue related processes for its $9+ billion revenue. This process provides the company with the assurance that the processes across the company are operating effectively to ensure that revenue is being reported, billed and collected on a timely basis.
Kathy has extensive experience in all aspects of auditing, including several years with Arthur Andersen. Kathy is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. She has completed an executive training program at Columbia University and has a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona.
Additionally, Kathy has a passion to mentor other Asian Americans through their career path. She has been a mentor with the Asian American Professional Association for over 3 years.
