Elaine Quon is Manager of Technology Strategy, Integration and Planning within the Customer Service Program Management Organization (CSBU PMO) and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, product and project management and finance & accounting. Her career began at Arthur Anderson when SCE was one of her audit clients along with companies in the entertainment, manufacturing, real-estate and healthcare industries. From there, she worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment in their financial reporting group for Television Syndication contracts. She joined Southern California Edison (SCE) in 1995, initially in CSBU Finance Division and has expanded her experience to program management for energy efficiency, load-growth, and fee-based programs, contract management, and strategy development. During the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative, she co-led the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Requirements phase and is now involved in the technology strategic planning and implementation for the Customer Service Business Unit (CSBU). She holds an undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles in Economics-Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. She achieved a Black Belt in Karate and applies the skills and discipline she has learned to mentor others to set and achieve their own personal and professional goals. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding and playing sports with her family as well as reading and digital scrapbooking.
