Grace Galvez is a project manager at the Southern California Gas Company, and responsible for designing and implementing systems for the management of data used in regulatory filings, broadly for the General Ratecase Application. Her responsibility includes providing training and support to witnesses and planners in the development of their O&M and capital requests before the CPUC. Grace began her career with SoCalGas on 1978 where she held positions with increasing responsibilities. The last thirty years in SoCalGas include holding various management positions such as: Financial Systems & Client Support Manager–responsible for the deployment of SAP and BW reporting solutions; Rate Case Administrator in Reg Affairs–responsible for coordinating CPUC regulatory filings i.e., PBR margin updates, BCAP, and CEMA; Principal Analyst in the Controller’s Dept responsible for preparing 5-year financial plan for sales revenues; Software Project Lead in the IT Dept–responsible for leading IT projects such as BillPay system, CIS financial reporting, and implementing mandated regulatory decisions.
