Jessica Lim is the Senior Manager of Planning, Performance, and Integration for SCE’s Customer Service Operations Division. Prior to this role, Jessica managed SCE’s Customer Strategy. Prior to SCE, Jessica started her career in advertising and has experience in managing multiple functions of marketing, including customer acquisition, retention, business planning, and e-commerce. Her background includes working for a variety of industries and companies such as Epson America, DIRECTV, Ogilvy & Mather, Ketchum Communications, and American Express Publishing.
Jessica has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of California, Riverside and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Leadership and Management through the University of La Verne.
