Johanna Pyles leads the Organizational Readiness team, responsible for facilitating business readiness for new ERP releases including change management, training, and communications. Johanna joined ERP in September 2006, and has been a proud SCE employee since 1984. She has worked in IT, CSBU, and Generation Business Units implementing technology projects, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Redlands.
