Priscila Forbes is currently responsible for developing relationships and managing the overall services provided to Ernst & Young’s (EY) priority accounts in the Power & Utility Sector in the West. She has over 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations in delivering outstanding quality service to multi-national companies. It is Priscila’s primary responsibility to ensure that clients have access to EY’s vast network of resources in an effort to help clients meet their goals.
Prior to this role, Priscila was the Assessment of Service Quality Leader for Ernst & Young’s Pacific Southwest (PSW) sub-area. She developed and led a robust client assessment process that leveraged face to face interviews with clients’ board members, leadership and various levels of management. Used as the model for EY’s global service quality assessment process, this program is an integral part of the firm’s client service strategy.
Before joining EY, Priscila held various leadership roles leading client service operations in Fortune 500 and start-up companies. She has been part of senior leadership teams that have delivered outstanding results in client satisfaction, employee retention and overall profitability.
She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Connelly High School and is an active member of the Executive, Finance and Marketing Committees.
Priscila earned an Executive MBA from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara.
