Board Leadership Program
The Asian American Professional Association (AAPA) Board Leadership Program invites participants for its 2026 Program.
In this nine-month program, participants will learn from non-profit community leaders through curated workshops on how to be an effective board member. As an optional component, participants will gain first-hand knowledge as an intern on a local Southern California nonprofit board with the possibility of extending their board member role in an official capacity post-program.

A mid or advanced career professional who has 5+ years of work experience
Are new to serving or have a desire to serve on a non-profit board

Upon acceptance to the program, participants will pay an enrollment fee of $999. (Payment options available.)
Attend our orientation day (Held virtually on a Saturday)
Attendance in seven out of nine workshops/events (Mix of in-person–with a virtual option and remote on select Saturdays)
