Introducing the Entrepreneur Leadership Pilot (ELP)

07/18/2025

In recognition of the increasing interest surrounding entrepreneurship, AAPA is in the process of developing an Entrepreneur Leadership Pilot (ELP) to help develop and hone their entrepreneurial mindset. This development and honing of the entrepreneurial mindset is critical for entrepreneurs to not only grow their businesses but to adapt to these highly competitive and dynamic market conditions.

Two-Part Program Structure

The ELP has two components: 1/LeaderTalks: A podcast that focuses on interviewing entrepreneurs and leaders concerning what it means to be an entrepreneurial leader and what it means to have an “internal loci of control” and 2/Facilitated Mastermind Group: An in-person and small group of entrepreneurs that meet on a regular and dedicated basis to talk through how they can improve their entrepreneurial mindset and game.

Meet Your Facilitator: Daniel Stover

To drive value and guide the Facilitated Mastermind Group, AAPA has selected Daniel Stover of Ensight Partners to act as facilitator for the participants. With over 13 years of executive coaching experience, Daniel has worked with countless entrepreneurs to achieve their full leadership potential by elevating their self-awareness, leadership capability and relationship competency.

Participant Criteria & Expectations

AAPA is looking for a maximum of 5 participants to pilot the Entrepreneur Leadership Pilot (ELP) starting the first half of 2025. The participants will be going through a rigorous interview process and meet the following criteria: 1/Located within the North America time zone, 2/Must be willing to meet on a regular and dedicated basis, 3/Must be looking to adopt a growth and internal loci of control mindset and 4/Are willing to learn from other individuals participating as well as teaching others.

Pilot Program Fee & Value

As this is a pilot program, AAPA is offering the Entrepreneur Leadership Pilot (ELP) for a one-time fee of $1000 (USD) per participant. This $1000 (USD) per participant fee allows participants to influence the creation of the Entrepreneur Leadership Pilot (ELP) but also allows participants to gain incredible value from a facilitated Mastermind Group.
