Mentorship Program
The Asian American Professional Association (AAPA) Mentorship Program invites participants for its 2026 Program.
This nine-month program brings together a small cohort for curated workshops on evolving career landscapes and emerging industry trends. Through collaborative learning and mentorship, participants build meaningful connections while gaining tools to navigate their professional futures. The program cultivates a supportive community where leaders grow, share experiences, and shape their careers together.

Our volunteer mentors come from a wide range of industries and professional backgrounds. They embody AAPA’s mission to advance AAPI professionals to leadership roles. Since 1999, our mentors have served over a thousand members of the community.

Upon acceptance to the program, mentees will pay an enrollment fee of $699. (Payment options available.)
Attend our orientation day (Held virtually on a Saturday)
Attendance in regular meetings with your mentor
Attendance in three out of five workshops/events (Mix of in-person–with a virtual option and remote on select Saturdays)
Volunteer to help with events
