He is a leader, team builder, and change agent with extensive experience in sales management, marketing, and finance. "Respect your elders", "speak only when spoken to", "don't draw attention to yourself"! These are the phrases I heard from my parents growing up.

My Asian culture and very conservative French education did not prepare me well for the world of business. Thankfully, I was able to use simple tricks to become more assertive and learn to speak up over many years in corporate America.
