Cindy Lau is the Co-Chairwoman at AAPA and Vice President at Resources Global Professionals (RGP). Previously, she was Managing Director of Strategic Accounts at RGP, where over the past 11 years, she has managed multi-million dollar accounts, client relationships, and developed strategies for new business. She started her career as an Auditor at Deloitte, then joined DHL to get Internal Audit experience. Her love for international travel led her to Oracle for 9 years, where she traveled around the world as a member of their global Internal Audit team, then later as a Consultant, living and working in Europe and Asia. She then moved from SF to Pasadena to live closer to family in SoCal.

Ms. Lau is passionate about giving back to the community. She has tutored homeless children and served as a Mentor, Career Coach and Workshop Leader to UC Berkeley students and to low-income women returning to the workforce, coaching them on networking skills, resume writing, effective interviewing, and career development. She has a B.S. from the Haas School of Business and was an Ascend Board Member in NorCal.
