Diana auyeung-kimGenentech
Diana Auyeung-Kim is an Executive Director/Head of gRED Nonclinical Operations (gNO) at Genentech and has over 25 years of scientific and operational experience in drug development and environmental consulting. She currently leads four integrative groups: Strategic Outsourcing, Study Operations, Strategy and Business Operations, and In Vivo Studies.
Prior to joining Genentech, she held positions of increasing responsibilities leading to Director of Toxicology at Allergan (Pharma); Associate Director of Research at Charles River Laboratories (Contract Research Organization); and Assistant Project Manager at Tetra Tech EM Inc. (Environmental Consulting). She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology and a California State-appointed expert to the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DARTIC) in support of Proposition 65. Dr. Auyeung-Kim holds a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Virginia Commonwealth University; MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno; Certificate in Site Assessment and Remediation from UC Berkeley, and BA in Chemistry and Minor in Environmental Toxicology from UC Davis. As an AAPA Mentor, Dr. Auyeung-Kim can share her experience and insight on career development and transitions, networking, work-life balance, and resilience. |
