Hogan is driven to create a solid operational foundation and determine the best solutions to move a company forward. As a global technology
leader who has served some of the world’s most recognizable platforms, Hogan is widely known for doing just that. He has facilitated the right strategic changes at the right times for companies such as Flipagram (now TikTok through acquisition), eHarmony, and Nickelodeon to name a few. These strategies have enabled each of the platforms to continue to evolve and flourish today.

Hogan has been a sought-after speaker on such topics as the need for more STEM workers to staff technology start ups (CNBC 2016). Hogan has also been a panelist and speaker at technology and digital-related conferences speaking about SCRUM methodologies, among other topics.

Hogan currently serves as an advisor for PKRS.Ai, a platform serving endurance athletes. His previous board appointments include one appointed by the Mayor of Los Angeles to serve on the city’s Quality and Productivity Commission as well as a regional board member of The Opportunity Fund, a non-profit organization and small business lender focused on driving economic mobility and building stronger communities.

Hogan was raised in Los Angeles and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Psychology. He currently resides in Santa Monica.
