Jannelle AndesJannelle is an award-winning Marketing Maverick, DEI Strategist, Creator, and Storyteller with 17 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand Partnerships, Media, Events, and Executive Coaching. She has a passion for shaping culture with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Jannelle has received awards, such as PR News Online Diversity & Inclusion and LVMH’s Inclusion Index Award for Diversity and Inclusion strategy. Her work as Co-chair of EllesVMH North America encompasses more than 148 global projects promoting gender equality, social impact, efficiency, and innovation. She led LVMH’s speaker series in conjunction with the United Nations Women Empowerment Principles. She developed the roadmap for parity, equity, and transmission. She is one of the co-founders of Moët Hennessy’s Asian Pacific CommUNITY Employee Resource Group. Jannelle is a mentor for the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. She is also a member of the Asian American Professionals Association and National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum. She has a B.S. in Diplomacy & International Relations and M.A. in International Relations from Seton Hall University, B.A. in Digital Journalism & Media from Pennsylvania State University with a focus on Gender, Diversity, and Media. She also received certifications in Digital Marketing and Inclusive Leadership from Cornell University and Pennsylvania State University, respectively. Jannelle joined LVMH Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy in 2010 and has held various marketing and commercial roles. Currently, Jannelle is responsible for leading the Customer and Shopper Marketing strategy for Moët Hennessy’s Center of Excellence. Outside of work, Jannelle volunteers with United Way, Dress for Success, City Harvest, Food Bank of NY, and Jersey Cares. She loves the beach, yoga, Pilates, traveling, cooking, reading, and the NY Giants! |
