Jefferson Lee

Jefferson Lee is the of Director of Philanthropy-Asia, Global Marketing & Communication, for World Vision International, the world’s largest international NGO, with a $6.8 billion-dollar annual income.
For twenty-five years he has worked as a practitioner, and as a consultant coaching nonprofit and INGOs in fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and organizational development to accelerate high-net-worth philanthropy and develop capacity for future sustainability.

Jefferson has helped non-profit organizations raise more than $206 million dollars in income revenue in ultra/high-net-worth philanthropic giving, legacy giving, capital campaigns, corporate giving, and diversifying revenue income streams for organizational growth.

He is featured and quoted in “Global Fundraising” book published by Cagney and Ross, 2015, as a pioneer in international fundraising and have raised funds from billionaires, celebrities, and ultra-high net worth philanthropists around the world.

Jefferson has a master’s degree in organizational leadership for non-profit management from Eastern University, and is a certified board governance consultant, Board Source, Washington DC, 2016.

Jeff and his wife, Rachel, a PhD and PsyD licensed private marriage and family psychologist, live in Irvine, California. They have two children: Brooke, 23,  just graduated from Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts, and Britney, 20, a junior mechanical engineering student at Stanford University.
