For twenty-five years he has worked as a practitioner, and as a consultant coaching nonprofit and INGOs in fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and organizational development to accelerate high-net-worth philanthropy and develop capacity for future sustainability. Jefferson has helped non-profit organizations raise more than $206 million dollars in income revenue in ultra/high-net-worth philanthropic giving, legacy giving, capital campaigns, corporate giving, and diversifying revenue income streams for organizational growth. He is featured and quoted in “Global Fundraising” book published by Cagney and Ross, 2015, as a pioneer in international fundraising and have raised funds from billionaires, celebrities, and ultra-high net worth philanthropists around the world.
