Jennifer Li

President and Founder, Novotech Nutraceuticals, Inc

Jennifer Li is the President and Founder of Novotech Nutraceuticals, Inc., a California company, specializes in manufacturing nutrition and functional ingredients in U.S. including 75 types of chelated minerals, patented Omega-3 powder and non-acidic vitamin C powder. She built the company from scratch and since has grown to export to 42 countries. Prior to Novotech, Jennifer had an extensive government career with the City of Dallas, where she was the highest rank Asian American executive for most of those years, served as Director of the Budget and Research, Police Executive Assistant Director
(equivalent to 3-star Executive Assistant Chief) for the Dallas Police Department, then served as the head of International Business Development to brand “Dallas” globally. With a passion of improving human health, she launched a new business in California in 2008.

With over two decades of serving on more than 10 non-profit boards including Red Cross of Dallas, AAPA. Asian Business Association and Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Jennifer has been a great advocate for the civil work through her broad community involvement. Jennifer received the Hua-Kuang Award and was named the world’s Top 10 Outstanding Chinese Businesswomen Entrepreneurs by GFCBW in 2016. She organized and found the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women – Greater Los Angeles Chapter in 2019 as the Founding President. She now serves on the AAPA’s Strategic Advisory Council. Jennifer Li received an MBA from Texas Woman’s University and was a graduate of “Leadership Dallas”.
