Margaret Lee

Partnership Manager

Margaret Lee (she/her) currently manages partnerships infrastructure and strategy at Prime Coalition, a nonprofit working with philanthropists and other mission-driven organizations to scale and advance climate solutions. Margaret is a sustainability obsessive, with a particular interest in the intersection of people and planet. Her 10+ years of experience in the environmental & social good sector includes contributions to public-private partnerships on ethical sourcing from artisanal mineral supply chains, interagency collaborations on ocean science research and technology, and policy and research promoting the health of national marine sanctuaries.

As a second-gen Taiwanese American whose parents worked in restaurants and construction, she is particularly interested in connecting with and supporting people whose parents did not have computer- or office-based jobs (i.e., "white-collar work"). Learning the skills and norms of those spaces takes time and attention.
