I've trained and supported thousands of leaders and small to mid-size businesses to deepen their DEI lens and strategy. I leverage creativity, data analytics, and deep empathy to build relationships across lines of difference, solve problems, and get s*** done.

Outside of work, I'm an inaugural Board Member of Act to Change, a national nonprofit that works to end bullying and hate in the Asian American community. I'm also a member of the National Diversity Council of New Leaders Council, a leadership development nonprofit serving the next generation of progressive millennial leaders.
