Rosalind Lu is a Board Treasurer at AAPA and a Financial Analysis Manager with MUFG Union bank. In addition to handling operational budget for Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and operations, she works directly with Executive Leadership and Department heads to analyze key metrics and provide data integral to decision making. Prior to joining Union Bank, Ms. Lu was a senior project manager of Operational Finance with Southern California Edison (SCE). She joined SCE in 2007 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. She started as a project analyst and rose through the ranks to be the finance manager overseeing analysis of IT expenses and making financial recommendation for operational management. Ms. Lu earned a bachelor’s degree in International Journalism from Xiamen University, and a MBA from Paul Mirage School of Business, University of Irvine.
