Yashica WileyYashica Wiley is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional. She has 25+ years’ experience leading people, projects, and programs in order to meet corporate goals in the areas of leadership, compliance, systems, and technology. Yashica is a Senior Manager currently leading the Enterprise Learning & Development Leadership, Talent Development, and Customer Service Relationship Management Training Team. Yashica also serves as a Co-Chairperson of the SCE Networkers Business Resource Group Mentoring Program and as a facilitator for its Leadership Program.
Yashica graduated from Hampton University with high honors obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She also has graduated from the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Masters Certificate Program. Yashica is an internationally certified life coach and has also received certifications in the professions of John Maxwell Leadership Training, Strengthfinders 2.0 Assessment, EQ-i, PROSCI Organizational Change Management, CalTech Project Management, and Myers Briggs. Yashica is a trusted Co-Active Coach with an ability to create a safe coaching environment that engages, encourages, and empowers clients to discover their life purpose. Her holistic approach to coaching the mind, body, and soul has produced results that extend beyond business to where her clients live a more balanced and fulfilled life. Yashica’s hobbies include cooking with her two sons, interpreting American Sign Language, traveling, and event planning.
