Yogita Mantri​

Yogita Mantri is a PhD scientist and leader who worked at Procter & Gamble for 10 years before moving into innovation consulting. She has leveraged her multi-disciplinary background towards discovery research, product development, consumer research and digital capability development within traditional corporate R&D as well as startup-like environments. More recently, Yogita worked as a strategy consultant, helping consumer, healthcare, and other science-led companies to identify and activate growth opportunities through innovation. She is currently an engagement manager with CAS - a division of the American Chemical Society - helping clients leverage CAS’s capabilities and expertise to accelerate their innovation and digital transformation.


Outside work, she enjoys hiking, painting, photography, travel, and - being relatively new to Southern California - exploring all that the region has to offer!
